Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return requests must be submitted within the timeframes listed below
  • All returns must be approved before being sent back

Refund & Store Credit Timeframes

Returns Requested Within 7 Days of Delivery
  • Eligible items qualify for a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns Requested Within 14 Days of Delivery
  • Eligible items qualify for a partial refund or store credit.
  • Refund amounts may exclude original shipping fees.
Returns Requested After 14 Days (Up to 30 Days)
  • Eligible items qualify for store credit only.
  • Store credit does not expire and may be used on future purchases.
Returns Requested After 30 Days
  • Returns are not accepted.

Final Sale Items

The Final sale and/or clearance items and are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.

    Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges.
    If a return is approved, a refund or store credit will be issued according to the return timeframe, and a new order may be placed.

    Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
    We will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost.
